Serwatowski, Ph.D., D.Sc., born in 1948 in Warsaw, professor of
chemistry, graduated from Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of
Chemistry in 1971 (M.Sc.), 1978 (Ph.D.), 1989 (D.Sc.), full professor
2001. Full employee in Warsaw University of Technology since 1977. In
meantime a postdoc research position in Max-Planck-Institute fuer
Kohlenforschung, Muelheim/Ruhr, Germany (1981-1984), senior research
associate position in University of Kentucky, Lexington, KY, USA
(1989-1991). Tenure-track position as a professor of chemistry since
2002. Since 1993 a chairman of the Laboratory of Fine Technologies, in
1995-2002 a deputy dean of the Faculty of Chemistry. A member of Polish
Chemical Society and American Chemical Society.A subject of his work is organometallic chemistry of main group metals. Over 50 publications in scientific journals. A few patents. Professor conferring a degree of 3 dissertations. |
